How to Order

Catering orders may be accepted through our online system which can be found by going to www.leboulangercatering.com.  A confirmation of your order will be sent once the order is accepted.

For catering changes or questions up to one day before your event, please call our catering department at 1-408-523-9818 M-F 8am - 4pm

Delivery Service

Le Boulanger Catering has a $100 (subtotal) minimum for delivery.  If you meet the minimum, our delivery fees are as follows:

  • For Orders Placed by 4 PM at least a business day before the delivery is needed, the fee is $30 or 8%
  • For Orders Placed after 4PM the business day before or on the day of delivery, the fee is $30 - $35 or 8%
  • For late afternoon or Weekend deliveries, a courier service may be used & rates vary based on time & location
  • Deliveries are Mon.-Fri  6:30 am - 4 pm.  Deliveries for weekends are on a preapproved basis. 

Pre-Authorization of Credit Cards

Our system will Pre-Authorize an amount on your credit card equal to 120% of your actual order total. This Pre-Authorization allows us to add additional items if your numbers increase or to add a gratuity if needed. The Pre-Authorization will fall off of your card approximately 72 hours after your event date. Your final charge will be processed the evening of your event and final invoice will be email to you. You can also print that invoice from your account here online. 

We Provide!

Our catering service comes with everything you will need to enjoy your meal including plates, applicable flatware, cups, serving utensils unless you don't need them.

How do I set up a corporate account?

Our team would be happy to assist you in setting up an account so that your team can be invoiced for orders. Give us a call at 408-523-9818 and request an application. Applications may take up to 3 business days for approval.

How do I get a receipt/invoice?

You will automatically receive two emails regarding your order:

1. Email confirmation - Immediately when you place your order during office hours.
2. Invoice Email - Sent the morning (very early) after your orders is  delivered.

You may also print out copies of your invoices online by signing into your account and printing them from your order history.

Can I order online?

Absolutely! www.leboulangercatering.com is set-up to make ordering food as easy as possible!

Can I call my order in?

Placing your order online is quick and simple, but sometimes it is nice to talk with a live person. You can always give us a call at 408-523-9818. We are available Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

Can I make changes to my orders?

We can accommodate changes to orders (additions and reductions) if you call us prior to the day the order is needed. Orders become locked in our system dependent on volume and we may not be able to make adjustments on the same day.

For same day orders, they are locked once they are placed and we are unable to make changes to those orders. Cancelation of orders placed the same day they are needed are subject to our cancelation policy.

What payment options can I use for online orders?

We accept Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and House Account for those that have one available.

Can I get delivery?

Le Boulanger delivers orders starting at a $100. subtotal to our delivery areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, timing and location. Deliveries are Mon.-Fri. 6:30 am - 4 pm  Deliveries for weekends are on a preapproved basis. Catering office hours are M-F 8am-4pm.

What are your windows for delivery?

We offer 15 minute windows. Our team strives to arrive at the beginning of your window, but based on the load for the day, we may arrive anywhere in your 15 minute window.

How do I add a tip?

You can add a tip to your order when you place it online or over the phone. You also have the option to add a tip to your order when it is delivered. Your driver will have an invoice that the tip can be written on. For tips that are added, they will be reflected on your final invoice sent the day after your order.

What if I have allergies?

We have solutions for guests that are gluten sensitive or vegan. If you have other allergies, please let us know and we will make every attempt to support your team’s needs.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can only be processed by calling our catering team at 1-408-523-9818 M-F 8am-4pm. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed online. Same day order cancellations will result in a 50% charge.
